First of all, I want to thank Kunaal and the team at Marcopolo for organizing such a wonderful trip. We have surely made beautiful memories for a lifetime. Kunal was instrumental in providing valuable insights. He assisted us with finalizing our vacation destination, which we were really confused about. But we trusted our instinct and went ahead with Kunal's suggestion and we should say that we do not regret our decision. He was absolutely patient and explained our trip in detail. He arranged everything right from tickets to all other bookings. I have never met a person of such detail and ensuring that the customers are getting the best and without any stress. As a matter of fact, there was an issue (Qatar airways issue ) in our tour due to unforeseen circumstances, but he found a resolution and ensured we don't get stressed due to the issue. The Hotels, guides, and transport modes were the best and did not face any difficulties at all. All in all, I would again like to thank Kunal and Marcopolo for giving us the best tour and adding wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime
